做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
