做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
